This website outlines the scope of psychotherapy services and expertise of Candace Daniels, LMSW in the state of Michigan, along with general educational information about mental health matters pertaining to relevant  areas of practice. Nothing on this website creates or constitutes a client / clinician privilege or relationship.

Policy and Limits of Privacy

 

Due to professional obligations as a licensed master social worker, client situations are not discussed in any identifying way, although common representative circumstances may be illuminated in blog posts. Comments on blogs have been deactivated so as to further protect the privacy of any current, past, or future clients.

Gathered Information 

 

Although this website does not provide a contact form in order to communicate with you, your personal information is collected offline on the standard downloadable patient intake forms. The privacy of that offline information is covered by HIPAA laws.  Such information may be maintained and stored as required by law as part of your privileged psychotherapy record. Your information is held as a sacred trust, and is never sold, given, traded or otherwise provided to any 3rd party merchants.  

 

Testimonials

Clients are free to breach their own privacy boundaries if you desire to provide a testimonial about my services on any other internet site. Candace Daniels, LMSW has no control over or input to your social media  / social proof websites, and cannot be held responsible for any outcome you might experience from leaving a testimonial on them.
